5LL-S型立式燃生物質熱風爐

　　1、采用立式半氣化燃燒形式，其主要特點：回轉爐排可保證成型生物質燃料在爐內分布均勻。一次風由回轉爐排中心進入，從側面風孔排出；燃燒層上部設有錯列的進風孔，保證燃燒層內、外側同時供氧，使可燃氣體有效高溫燃燼；燃燒筒體內部采用優質高溫耐火磚砌筑，隔熱保溫效果好，提高運行壽命；鍋爐出廠分上、下兩體, 現場組裝，安裝方便，快捷。

 

　　2、根據半氣化直接燃燒原理，鍋爐采用立式設計，燃燒充分，無結焦，煙氣流程長、效率高。

 

　　3、采用膜式壁方式，鍋爐上、下爐筒縱向分布，爐膛前面輻射受熱，后部對流傳熱，尾部設有省煤器，空氣預熱器，可有效吸收低溫煙氣熱量，熱效率高。硫接近零排放，有效降低對環境的污染，是一種理想的清潔排放環保鍋爐。

 

　　熱風爐污染物排放滿足相應的國家（地方）排放標準要求。

 

　　煙塵排放濃度小于10mg/m3。

 

　　NOx排放濃度小于30mg/m3。

 

　　4、全自動操控，定時自動給料、自動除渣，鼓風機、引風機為全變頻控制。

 

　　5、生物質鍋爐腐蝕性小，壽命長，設計使用壽命25年。
